Hi there, I’m Sharon, and I created this grounded community for women who want a space to feel understood, breathe a little easier, and reconnect with themselves in a way that actually makes sense.

What you're feeling is your body doing its best to protect you — even if it doesn’t feel that way right now.
Most of the women I work with are brilliant at getting on with it.
They hold it together. They keep going.
But underneath, there’s often overwhelm and deep fatigue. They feel wired yet worn out - holding it together but losing sight of who they are in the process, often with a quiet whisper of:
“I can’t keep doing it like this.”
I know this place well — because I’ve lived it too.
I spent years overriding my body’s signals, trying to willpower and mindset my way through — until, eventually, my health and wellbeing demanded something different.
Breathwork and nervous system practices didn’t just help me feel better — they saved my life and changed everything.
What started as my own healing journey has now become the work I share.
This wasn't always my path, but it has become my purpose.
Today, I guide other women through that same kind of shift — using breathwork, nervous system and mind & body-based coaching, and grounded support that actually makes an impact.

Hey There
I'm Sharon, and i've been where you are.
Although my extensive training, research and practice over the years are the foundation of my work, it’s my lived-in experience at the core.
This work wasn’t always my path — but it’s become my purpose.
You see, for most of my life, I felt like I was constantly 'striving' but never fully getting anywhere. It wasn’t until I reached breaking point - and out of necessity - that I was forced to confront myself, and my reality.
It was here that I found a way to take back control - and take back my life.
And I did. And you can too.

Give my time and energy away – exhausting myself in the process.
Second guess - overthink EVERYTHING!
Live with perfectionist thinking - to 'prove my worth'.
Believe that I was the problem – I needed to ‘fix’ or change myself.
Go against my intuition - not speak up - I didn’t trust myself enough.
Distract and numb - to cope and run away from 'the feels!'.
Be stuck in my head - and constantly battling with my body.
Let people to treat me poorly - become exhausted and unwell by unbalanced and toxic relationships.
Feel lost & unaligned- like I’d never 'figure myself out' or live with ease.
But I did. And you can too.

This is the work I now live and 'breathe' — and it is my mission to raise awareness and support other women.
Because when we go beyond the surface, use breathwork, and begin to heal and rewire our nervous system—when we start working with ourselves instead of against ourselves—everything changes.
I’m living proof of that, and so are the many women I’ve supported on this journey.
